Tukaiz Reports Continued Dramatic Growth in Sales and Employment
Notably, sales of Tukaiz’ customized marketing management software product, Backstage, have increased allowing growth of the current client base as well as new business opportunities.
Tukaiz’ CEO Frank Defino Sr. attributes much of the company’s success to a combination of talented employees, outstanding client relationships, a culture that inspires innovation, and a focus on reinventing the company and staying in front of evolving production trends to lead the marketplace.

In addition to adding new Fortune 500 companies and household name brands to its client roster, Tukaiz had its highest rate of new employment within one year—up 73 percent from 2010, which included the creation of 40 new jobs throughout the company.
As a part of Tukaiz’ overall business strategy to remain competitive in the industry, the company continues to grow its service offerings, in particular in its Web development and creative design capabilities. As a result, the company currently houses one of the largest Ruby on Rails Web and application development teams in Chicago.
