The Printing House Sets Its ‘The Printz’ Mascot Loose in TorontoJuly 19, 2011
The multi-platform advertising campaign created for The Printz’ visit includes movie poster teaser-style ads distributed around the city, printed in publications and combined with ads on television and radio. In addition, several Viking-themed street teams were roaming Toronto on Tuesday to increase awareness.
The Printing House is running a contest in conjunction with the appearance of The Printz in Toronto, which will provide participants with multiple chances to win one of the 50 prizes available, including the grand prize of a trip for two—in the spirit of The Printz’ roots—to the Nordic destination of Iceland (or anywhere else the winner wants to go for $2,500 with Flight Centre!). Some of the prizes up for grab, include a dinner and show for six to Medieval Times and gift certificates from AxiSpa, Elephoto.ca, as well as The Printing House.
Anyone can enter by visiting www.theprintz.ca and filling out the online ballot. There are additional ways to earn entry ballots including skill testing questions about The Printz’ YouTube Episodes, sharing the contest with a friend, and uploading photos to Facebook of any components of The Printz campaign including one with The Printz himself if you can find him today!
