Survey Advantage Recognizes Top Franchise, Independent Printers

PROVIDENCE, RI—December 16, 2013—Survey Advantage released its Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) for the quarter ending September 30, 2013. Top performers achieved over 87 percent loyalty, average performers 73 percent to 86 percent, and poor performers under 73 percent. Q3, 2013 results are based on a total of 12,328 print buyer reviews—9 percent overall response rate increase over Q2 2013. Congratulations to Signs by Tomorrow in Clearwater, FL, for achieving the best overall loyalty rating with 98 percent of their customers stating they are “Very Likely” to recommend them to other print buyers. 

The Print Buyer Satisfaction Index (PBSI) is the most comprehensive measure of print and sign buyer loyalty available in the printing industry. The PBSI is a compilation of all feedback gathered by hundreds of printers participating in CustomerPulse. The survey data is published to benchmark performance and enable printers and sign makers to react quickly to customer feedback.
