Sun Chemical Raises Pub Ink Prices

PARSIPPANY, NJ—With costs for raw materials continuing to rise, Sun Chemical announced it will increase prices for publication inks by 12 percent effective July 1. Spiraling crude oil prices are impacting the many oils, resins and other hydrocarbon related materials used by Sun Chemical, notes Greg Lawson, vice president of sales, on top of transportation costs.
