Jagger has more than 35 years of experience in the printing industry, beginning at her father’s print shop in Lewiston, ME, in 1975. Since then, she has served in numerous positions at top printing companies in Maine and in North Carolina, as a consultant for a print-on-demand company in Research Triangle Park and at two RTP pharmaceutical companies establishing sales tracking mechanisms. She joined Atlantic Documentation Centers (ADC) in Durham in 1994 and stayed with the firm through 2001, serving in a variety of capacities from IT director to vice president of finance and helping it upgrade from a 20,000-square-foot facility to an 85,000-square-foot one as its business increased. During Jagger’s tenure, ADC made the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing, privately held companies in 1997.
