Leading European outsourcer installs next-generation Automated Document Factory technology for cost-savings and increased productivity

BOULDER, CO—February 11th, 2010—InfoPrint Solutions Co., the joint venture between IBM and Ricoh, today announced that Servex, one of Spain’s leading outsourcing companies, has deployed InfoPrint Mailroom Integrity Solution to streamline the printing of important bills and statements for European banks and financial institutions. This customizable Automated Document Factory (ADF) allows Servex to offer its customers assurances about the accuracy of its print jobs.

Servex prints more than seven million statements and bills each month. By implementing InfoPrint’s Mailroom Integrity Solution, Servex has been able to significantly scale down the cost of printing. Servex has seen an increase in its business because it is the only outsourcer in Spain with InfoPrint Mailroom Integrity Solution.

The InfoPrint Mailroom Integrity Solution enables mailroom processes to flow smoother and faster.
