RRD Announces Completion of Acquisition of CGX

CHICAGO—January 31, 2014—R. R. Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Consolidated Graphics (CGX), a provider of digital and commercial printing, fulfillment services, print management and proprietary Internet-based technology solutions.
