RR Donnelley Announces Completion of Acquisition of Courier Corp.
CHICAGO—June 8, 2015—RR Donnelley & Sons Company (RRD) today announced that it has completed its previously announced acquisition of Courier Corp., one of America's major book manufacturers, as well as a leader in content management and customization in new and traditional media.
