RRD Acquiring EDGAR Online, Closing Old Danbury Printing

CHICAGO—RR Donnelley (RRD) has signed a definitive agreement to acquire EDGAR Online, a provider of disclosure management services, financial data, and enterprise risk analytics software and solutions for both corporate and investment professionals. The deal, valued at approximately $70.5 million, is expected to close during the third quarter of 2012.
