Reynolds DeWalt Acquires RiverView Marketing
NEW BEDFORD, MA—October 5, 2009—Reynolds DeWalt Corp., a leader in cross-media communications, today announced the acquisition of RiverView Marketing Consultants, Ltd., a direct marketing services company based in New Bedford, MA. RiverView Marketing has provided its clients with database management, mailing and fulfillment services since 1986.
The acquisition will expand Reynolds DeWalt’s direct mail marketing capabilities, specifically in the areas of database management and analytics. In addition, RiverView Marketing clients will now have access to Reynolds DeWalt’s full product line, which includes everything from creative and design services, to targeted cross-media marketing solutions, to exceptional print services.

Five RiverView Marketing employees, including former President, William Blackwell, are joining the Reynolds DeWalt team at their headquarters in the New Bedford Business Park starting Monday, October 5, 2009.
