CHEEKTOGAWA, NY—A husband and wife team who own Quality Quick Printing here are being accused by the U.S. attorney’s office of felony tax crimes, The Buffalo (NY) News reported.
A grand jury has indicted Kim Benacquista and husband Raymond, both of Orchard Park, NY, on charges of conspiring to defraud the federal government in the collection of income taxes. She is also accused of making false statements on a tax return. Investigators from the IRS found the Benacquistas “substantially underreported” the company’s income, the paper said.
