Quebecor World Purchases Three Lithoman S Presses

WESTMONT, IL—Quebecor World Inc. purchases three new state-of-the-art short cut-off, wide web high speed offset presses to further enhance its industry leading retail insert platform. The presses will be strategically positioned in the U.S. and Canada.
“This investment is another clear demonstration of our commitment to provide our customers with the most flexible and efficient platform available in the retail market today,” said Jacques Mallette, President and CEO of Quebecor World. The first of the new presses is expected to be operational in the third quarter of 2009.
