Quebecor World Nets Colorscope, Names President

MONTREAL—Quebecor World has acquired Colorscope, a West Coast print imaging services provider with locations in Los Angeles, San Francisco and Seattle. As part of the move, Colorscope CEO Joseph Cha has been promoted to president of Quebecor World’s premedia division.
The move bolsters Quebecor World’s premedia presence on the West Coast and provides some grounding in Asia; Colorscope also has a Shanghai, China, operation.
Cha has a strong managerial background, having led strategic planning initiatives at Yahoo!
