These new features add increased measurement tools to help marketers gain deeper insights into customer behavior, measure business objectives and optimize program performance:
- Graphical charts—showing the number of orders placed against marketing opportunities, responses against orders placed and response method/channel.
- E-mail reporting—enabling marketers to create and email reports and graphical charts to customers
