The Printing and Graphics Association MidAtlantic (PGAMA) has named new officers to its board of directors. The new officers are: chairman, Tom Labadie, president, Raff Embossing & Foilcraft, Tuxedo, MD; vice chair, Al Maddox, president, Time Printers, Baltimore; treasurer, Steve Bearden, president and CEO, Linemark Printing and Linemark Digital, Largo, MD; and secretary, Rusty Coolidge, president, Chroma Graphics, Upper Marlboro, MD.

Carlstadt, NJ-based Unimac Financial, a financial and commercial printer, has named Rob Sternau as its new vice president of sales and marketing. He formerly served as vice president of sales for Ramsey Press.

Ovid Bell Press, Fulton, MO, has tapped D. Christian Gilman as president. Gilman has served as the company’s vice president of production operations since 2005.

The Print and Graphics Scholarship Foundation (PGSF) has announced that a new scholarship has been named in honor of Brian W. Gill, a longtime advisor of the Employing Printers Education Trust (EPET), for his 25-plus years of service to the graphic arts industry. The endowed scholarship is funded with a gift of $100,000 from the EPET and will provide more than $5,000 of financial assistance to a deserving student each year. PI
