Print Art Goes Above & Beyond

EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, NJ—A new incentive program at Print Art recognizes employee achievements with instant cash rewards. The “Above & Beyond” program awards gift cards for employees who exhibit outstanding performance, while a second part of the program awards cash prizes to employees with perfect attendance. (Employees will receive a bonus per quarter, if they do not call out from work. Workers who maintain a perfect attendance record throughout the calendar year will receive an additional bonus.)

“Our employees are integral to the success of the company,” explains Carl Blase, Print Art’s CEO. “This program is one way of showing it. Not only do we reward them for their commitment to our customers, but we provide them with a tangible reminder of how much we appreciate it.”
