Quad/Graphics Receives Bankruptcy Court Approval to Acquire Vertis

SUSSEX, WI/BALTIMORE—Dec. 6, 2012—Quad/Graphics Inc. and Vertis Holdings jointly announced that the U.S. Bankruptcy Court has approved the companies’ proposed agreement, clearing the way for the sale to close. The companies are in the final stages of integration planning and expect to close the transaction in January.
