HARRISBURG, PA--Criminal charges are being filed by Pennsylvania Attorney General Tom Corbett against two men who allegedly worked in tandem to fix bids for printing work with the state's student loan agency.

According to The Associated Press, between 2005 and 2007, DRS Printing Services owner Daniel Snyder gave more than $30,000 and other gifts to Kyle Becker, who worked 10 years as a purchasing agent for the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency (PHEAA). The charges are part of an ongoing investigation into alleged bribery and bid manipulation for printing work and supplies at PHEAA.

This is just another example of the serious house cleaning that needs to occur at PHEAA. This organization is a disgrace to Pennsylvannia, its citizens and the students it's intended to assist.
