Premier Press Buys Oregon Printer Ad-Mail, Enhancing Direct Mail, Data Processing

PORTLAND, Ore. — May 12, 2016 — Premier Press, an award-winning provider of marketing services, announced today it has completed the acquisition of Ad-Mail, Inc., a direct mail service provider. The acquisition provides additional direct mail and data processing capacity to Premier Press’ exemplary services.
Ad-Mail’s equipment and employees are being transitioned into Premier Press’ new state-of-the-art facilities that opened in May, 2015. The company’s current customer relationships, processes, and pricing will continue. Ad-Mail’s data processing capabilities, digital presses, mailing equipment and kit building team complement Premier Press’ existing capabilities, increasing capacity and providing additional production flexibility.
