Noosh and Moore Sign Agreement

June 2000
PALO ALTO, CA—Noosh Inc. has signed a three-year agreement with Moore Corp. The agreement will allow Moore to process its print-related projects through noosh.com, and for the two companies to conduct joint sales and marketing activities, as well as set the stage for potential technology integration.

"The Noosh Live Jobs collaborative technology complements Moore's digital product offerings and will enhance our ability to create a more robust environment to handle digital information,' explains Denise Miano, vice president of emerging technologies at Moore.

"The agreement allows Moore commercial print customers who are subscribers to the Noosh service to manage the design, production and management of a commercial print project for better efficiency online.'

"Moore customers will now benefit from an online collaborative environment where everyone involved in a print project can work together from conception to delivery,' adds Dave Hannebrink, vice president of marketing and business development at Noosh. "We look forward to working with Moore on additional ways to integrate our technologies to further enhance the print procurement and production experience for Moore customers.'

Under the terms of the agreement, Noosh and Moore will cooperate to integrate their technology and collaborate to develop sales, marketing and support programs. Moore sales representatives will use noosh.com as a means of communicating among their corporate customers and their network of suppliers around the country.

The agreement will allow Moore's customers to access noosh.com Live Jobs collaborative technology, enabling print buyers to track the flow of specifications, design and text; manage changes; track content delivery; and organize files online and in real time. Implementing the noosh.com collaborative workflow system will help streamline communications and improve accountability for Moore and its customers, officials say.
