MECHANICSBURG, PA—June 3, 2011—Henry Fry has named Michael T. Lukas to be his successor as CEO of Fry Communications, while he will assume the position of chairman of the board. As chairman, Fry will maintain his involvement in the overall direction of the company, with a focus on special initiatives. These changes become official on June 6, 2011.

Lukas has been with Fry for 25 years, serving as chief operating officer for the past three and a half years. All divisions and departments of the company will report to him.

“Mike has the unique ability to keep people enthused about a project or program, but also maintain discipline. He expects and receives high achievement from his team members,” said Fry. “He has always led by example, never asked people to do something he himself was not prepared to do, and above all, he has created a team spirit. Fry Communications will continue to thrive under his leadership.”.
