Markzware Claims Companies Infringing Patent

SANTA ANA, CA—Markzware has filed a lawsuit against three companies in federal court, claiming its patent for “examining, verifying, correcting and approving electronic documents prior to printing, transmission or recording” has been infringed.
Named in the suit are Enfocus Software, Artwork Systems Group and Artwork Systems. The complaint seeks monetary and injunctive relief from all three companies.
Markzware produces preflight products including FlightCheck Professional, FlightCheck Designer and FlightCheck Studio.
