Marketing Support Services Awarded Fulfillment Accreditation
CINCINNATI—August 23, 2010—Marketing Support Services, Inc. (MSS) has been awarded Fulfillment Accreditation by the Mailing and Fulfillment Services Association (MFSA), the industry's national trade association of 650 member companies.
MSS is one of only 14 companies currently holding MFSA accreditation, which recognizes significant investment in fulfillment capabilities, processes and procedures that promote consistency and customer satisfaction. The award followed successful completion of a yearlong audit process involving in-depth corporate and operating profiles, review of procedures and documentation, and an on-site inspection of the 90,000 sq. ft. MSS facility located just east of Cincinnati.
