MAR Graphics Increases Capacity with Pitney Bowes FlowMaster RS Flex Inserting System

VALMEYER, Ill. — July 18, 2016 – MAR Graphics has just completed the addition of a Pitney Bowes FlowMaster RS Flex inserting system.

MAR Graphics utilizes the inserting system to produce a wide variety of mail projects. The six-station system is configured with in-line cameras and an inkjet station for matching and read/write capability. It also features an additional camera for output verification.

“As the complexity of mail projects has increased, our clients needed the capability that comes with camera matching,” states Scott Roever, comptroller and co-owner of MAR Graphics. “Knowing that each piece has been successfully processed, imaged and inserted gives our clients the peace of mind that comes with the ability to provide output verification. It also allows us to provide multi-piece matching and read/write inkjet imaging.”

In addition, MAR Graphics operates UV half-web presses from six to 10 colors, several UV forms web presses, flexo print and ink-jet systems, multiple color and B/W digital print systems, web-finishing lines and a full service lettershop.
