Macomb Printing Changes Its Name to Macomb Marketing | Media

CLINTON TWP, MI—Oct. 11, 2011—Macomb Printing is pleased to announce its name change to Macomb Marketing | Media. There has been no change in management and the company will continue to offer the same print manufacturing, but it will include new offerings in its services mix.

“The new products and services, along with our print capabilities, represent a comprehensive package. Whether it’s digital publishing, unique promotional items or traditional printed catalogs, we can create customized solutions to fit the needs of each client,” according to President and CEO Ron Bracali, Sr.

“The needs of our customers have evolved and accordingly, we have realigned our services to become a broader supplier of communications. In the specialized industries we serve, it used to be that print was the sole medium for distribution of product information. That is no longer the case. Adding to that are uncertain economic times and the globalization of the economy. All factors have led to declining print volume,” Bracali added

“In the past, we asked for print specs and returned pricing. It used to be that prior service and dependability were enough to be awarded the next job. It doesn’t quite work that way anymore and with good reason,” said Vice President of Sales Michelle Bracali. “Now there are more choices for sources of informational marketing and because of that, the distribution of product information is more complex.

“If the printing industry is willing to embrace change and innovate, we can remain relevant,” Bracali added. “The key is asking clients what they want. Customers are the best sources of innovation.

“Listening to clients is a top priority. By listening and really getting to know them, we better understand their unique value proposition. We then tailor a selection of both traditional and forward thinking programs customized to fit their communication needs. Customers are responding favorably to the new offerings and as such, we’re deepening our relationships and keeping them engaged.”
