Lester Litho, Miller Graphics to Merge

ANAHEIM, CA—A pair of Southern California printers—Miller Graphics of Baldwin Park, CA, and Lester Lithograph, based here—have agreed to merge. The new company will operate under the Lester Lithograph flag at its Anaheim facility.
Rob Miller, president of Miller Graphics, will now serve as CEO of Lester Lithograph. Larry Lester, formerly president of Lester Lithograph, becomes COO of the company.
The deal was coordinated by Gerry Michaels of G.A. Michaels & Co., a CPA firm that specializes in accounting and financial services for the printing industry.
Lester Lithograph will offer services including six-color printing with aqueous coating capabilities up to 41”.
