Kodak User Association President Makes Video Pitch for Conference Participation

Tom Clifford may be a little biased since he's currently serving as president of the Graphic Users Association (GUA) for Kodak equipment and software, but there's no question the sincerity with which he champions the GUA 2009 North American Conference in a video posted on YouTube.
Clifford discusses the benefits of attending the annual GUA conference and attests to the importance Kodak places on getting customer feedback, which he says is clearly evident in the company's ongoing product development.
