August 11, 2009
ROCHESTER, NY—Aug. 11, 2009—Kodak’s TransPromo specialist, Pat McGrew, will speak at the third annual TransPromo Summit, hosted by InfoTrends at the Hyatt Regency in Boston. Her presentation, “What Does a TransPromo Strategy Look Like?” will share insights on developing a powerful TransPromo strategy to build stronger customer relationships and grow your business. McGrew’s presentation is from 2 p.m.-2:45 pm Thursday, August 13, following her participation on the keynote panel from 12:45 p.m.-2 p.m.

“An effective TransPromo strategy is all about creating higher value, more effective customer communications to strengthen customer relationships and drive higher response rates,” said Pat McGrew, Data-Driven Communication Segment Evangelist, Kodak. “Kodak helps its customers do this by offering technology that aligns transactional documents and promotional offers, and increases customer loyalty with one-to-one engagement.”

As a worldwide sponsor of the event, Kodak recognizes the ability of TransPromo to bring added value to transactional documents. Its broad portfolio of solutions, including Kodak Versamark Printing Systems and the new Kodak Prosper S10 Imprinting System, handles a variety of complex variable data print applications including direct mail and transactional documents. By using these solutions to create targeted customer communications, companies are able to increase return on marketing investment.

“Kodak offers a complete solution to implement individualized, full-color statement printing into your business,” said Barb Pellow, Group leader, InfoTrends. “Its complete continuum of digital printing solutions—from toner-based Kodak Nexpress Presses to continuous and drop-on-demand inkjet Kodak VERSAMARK System technologies—provides customers with the choice to match the solution to their needs.”
