Kernic Systems Welcomes New Owners, Jason and Claire Hineman

BURLINGTON, ON, CANADA—July 11, 2013—Kernic Systems is pleased to announce a recent change in ownership. After 35 years of successfully operating Kernic, the founding owners have sold the business to Jason and Claire Hineman.

Jason Hineman will lead the business as president, and brings with him an extensive engineering background working for major global companies in mining, manufacturing and industrial automation. “We are looking forward to this new challenge and want to ensure that Kernic customers receive the very best in technology, design and service available” said Jason Hineman, president Kernic Systems.
