Former Staples Print Solutions Manager Joins Allen Press as VP of Production

LAWRENCE, Kan. — May 10, 2016 – Allen Press is proud to announce that John Rodriguez joined its leadership team as VP of production on May 2.

Rodriguez comes to the position with more than 15 years’ experience managing production and operations for national companies. As VP of production, Rodriguez will be responsible for directing and leading all aspects of production including manufacturing, composition, prepress, maintenance and facilities.

"His hands-on experience in designing and implementing production workflows will be invaluable as our printing operations grow. Most recently, Rodriguez was the senior operations manager at Staples Print Solutions. Previously, he also supervised production at Corporate Express.

Rodriguez’s educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from DeVry University, with a concentration in Project Management, and an Associate of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
