End User and Analyst Panels Cap Off Three Day Xplor Conference

LUTZ, FL —February 12, 2013—Xplor International, the worldwide electronic document systems association, today announced that its last day of the 2013 Xplor User Conference and Vendor Forum features two general session panels featuring well-known industry icons. The 2013 Xplor User Conference and Vendor Forum is being held April 16-18 at the TradeWinds Island Grand Hotel and Conference Center in St. Pete Beach, FL. The two sessions will begin at 9:30 a.m.and end at approximately 12:20 p.m.

Industry Leaders and Analysts dominate the last day of the Xplor

The first panel will be moderated by Matt Swain of InfoTrends and is entitled “Planning for the Future of Multi-channel Transactional Communications.” This panel will address shifts in consumer behavior, business policies, and technology and services that are driving sustained changes within the presentment and payment markets. The panelists will discuss how organizations can breakthrough barriers to embracing multi-channel transactional communications in 2013! Panelists include: Meegan Hinds, senior vice president and general manager of integrated statement services, Symcor Inc., Dana Johnston, vice president of eSales and business development, DST Output and Rob Krugman, vice president of digital strategy, Broadridge Financial Solutions.

“Having a strong finish to any conference event is critical” says Randy Hardy, the 2013 Xplor Conference Chair, “these panels fit the bill. If you look at the topics and more importantly the people on the panels, it will be an informative, thought provoking and fun end to a great event.”

The second scheduled panel, “What Will the Future Hold” is being led by industry veteran Noel Ward, managing director of Brimstone Hill Associates, and features a distinguished panel of industry analysts who will cover mobile communications, hyper-personalization, digital mail boxes, and the impact of audio and video in changing how we develop relationships with customers and prospects. The panel will talk about the technologies that will drive your business in the future. This session will provide a glimpse of what the future might hold for digital communications.

Panelists include: Pete Basiliere of The Gartner Group, Kemal Carr of Madison Advisors, Matt Swain of InfoTrends, and Peter Muir of Bizucate.
