Heidelberg Launches "Be Unbeatable. Be a Speedmaster" Video Competition
HEIDELBERG, GERMANY—February 3, 2014—Print shops have from February 3 to April 13, 2014 to enter the video competition run under the slogan "Be unbeatable. Be a Speedmaster." The competition is part of the "Speedmaster. Unbeatable." advertising campaign of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg), which started in the summer of 2013. So far, nearly 30 success stories with satisfied customers describing their successes with Speedmaster presses have been published online at www.SpeedmasterUnbeatable.com. Up-and-coming small businesses, industrial-scale commercial and packaging printers, and multimedia service providers from all over the world have their say. Further fascinating customer reports describing the unbeatable performance of Speedmaster presses will be added to the Website over time.
The high value that customers place on their presses was also reinforced by the competition launched in October 2013 on Facebook, in which participants were called on to finish the sentence "My Speedmaster is unbeatable because..." and given the opportunity to take part in a prize draw. Heidelberg chose the top ten quotes from the many entries that were submitted. The winning entries were published on www.SpeedmasterUnbeatable.com.

The Heidelberg video competition is being held under the slogan "Be unbeatable. Be a Speedmaster." Customers are invited to submit video clips showing them and their Speedmaster presses in action. In video clips lasting around three minutes, customers are invited to explain what makes their Speedmaster unbeatable. Heidelberg will shortlist ten clips from all the entries and publish these in a dedicated "Unbeatable" playlist on the the company's YouTube channel so viewers can vote for their favorites to determine the winners. Winners will be announced on July 15, 2014. First prize is a printing unit guard in an exclusive design. A report of the prize ceremony and a customer profile of the winner will be published in an upcoming edition of the "Heidelberg News" customer magazine. Second prize is a unique picture that, like the printing unit guard, is based on the design elements of the "Speedmaster. Unbeatable." campaign. Third prize is a valuable Montblanc pen. What's more, all participants will receive two t-shirts printed with the campaign logo as a thank you for taking part.
