Heat Transfers: How, What & Why

All you ever needed to learn about heat transfers is in this session: What’s been great about heat transfers, what is trending now with them and what will be happening in the future? This presentation is completely interactive — come with plenty of questions so they can leave with the heat transfer skinny exposed. It will be held today from 10:30 to 11:45 am, in Room 335.

The session will be led by Chris Pluck, who has been closely associated with the imprinting of textiles for more than thirty years, initially working in Europe with heat fusible transfer systems with both screen print and offset lithography technologies. He was instrumental in pushing forward inventive heat transfer products and print application methods. Pluck has been living and working in the U.S. since 1993 and has gained recognition in all aspects of the printed textiles industry. He is currently employed as Business Development Director at Insta Graphic Systems (Booth 3172), Cerritos, CA. Insta is a leading provider of custom print heat transfers and manufacturer of world class Heat-Press Machines.
