Graphic Press Founder John Zamora Settles Suit with Company, Investors
November 2008Zamora says he sued the defendants for slander, breach of contract, wrongful termination, breach of fiduciary duty, wrongful disparagement, intentional interference with contract, intentional interference with prospective economic advantage, declaratory relief and equitable indemnity.
As part of the settlement, Zamora retains the rights to the identity of the company he founded, Graphic Press Inc., and regains the rights to the name Graphic Press LLC.
In 2007, Nogales Investors acquired Insync Media of Ingelwood, CA, and merged it with Graphic Press to form Insync Marketing Solutions. Randy Ginsberg, CEO of Insync Marketing Solutions, declined to comment on the settlement.
