Graph-Tech to Debut MonoCube Inkjet Solution at GRAPH EXPO 2012
SWITZERLAND—September 17, 2012—Swiss-based Graph-Tech AG, a Domino Group Co., has chosen GRAPH EXPO as a platform to introduce its high-volume web-fed press to the North American transactional and transpromo, direct mail, book-on-demand and security print sector. On booth 2213 during the Chicago-based show (October 7-10, 2012), the company is set to demonstrate its commitment to the industry by providing the highest-quality print solution at the lowest total cost of ownership.
"We know it’s a difficult market place right now and customers need to work a lot harder to remain competitive," says Bryan Palphreyman, commercial director, Graph-Tech AG. "We are offering them just the tool to survive and, above all, to thrive. Our versatile printer is highly reliable, simple to operate and the cost-per-page is staggeringly low. We are also marketing the press directly to the customer, with a ‘no-click’ sales model, which means our purchasing model is completely transparent with no hidden costs," adds Palphreyman.
The new MonoCube printing press, which had its European launch at Drupa 2012, uses Graph-Tech developed, water-cooled, recirculating ink, print-engines based on advanced Kyocera technology and comes in 16 different ‘family’ variants with a number of high-performance options. With its extremely compact footprint (2.5m wide x 1.7m high x 1.7m long), it is easily integrated into existing production lines.
GRAPH EXPO visitors will be able to see a MonoCube 1505D live on the Graph-Tech booth 2213:
- Printing width of to 22” (558mm)
- Printing speeds of up to 492 feet per minute (150m/min)
- Simplex or Duplex printing within the single Cube
At the show there will be the opportunity to discuss your requirements with the Graph-Tech team. Please contact Wayne Kornack, wayne@graphtech.us, cell (630) 914-4007, to arrange a meeting.
