GPA Debuts New Applications at a Successful Dscoop8February 28, 2013
GPA had the opportunity to showcase its diverse range of substrates in the Dscoop8 conference guide, which was printed exclusively on GPA’s Ultra Digital substrates. It also included special tear-out printed on GPA’s Ultra Digital Heat Transfer Paper. At least 400 attendees visited GPA’s booth to have their heat transfer applied to a t-shirt, and for a demonstration of how fast and easy the product is to use.
To help introduce their customers to new applications and open the door to profitable opportunities, GPA debuted a variety of new applications at the show. Among them were aprons and t-shirts printed on Ultra Digital Heat Transfer Paper, baby and wedding announcements on DigiMag PLUS Flexible Magnet Material, and product hang tags on Ultra Digital Styrene.
GPA’s integrated “Rock it Out” campaign leading up to Dscoop8 was a success. It included an initial mailing with personalized “tour” posters, an integrated pURL and a follow-up “tour gear” kit. The campaign was designed to generate excitement around Dscoop8 in Music City and create a lasting impact for customers attending the show, as well as for those who could not attend.
“The energy and camaraderie at Dscoop is unlike any other tradeshow, and we are extremely honored to have been a part of it with our whole team. We hope we sparked some new ideas and showed our customers products that will help them advance their businesses in the coming year and beyond,” said Trina May, GPA’s director of marketing.
