Ginny’s Printing Acquires The Lithoprint Co.

AUSTIN, TX—Ginny’s Printing and The Lithoprint Co., both based here, announced they have merged, the Austin Business Journal reported. The companies will retain their respective names and continue to operate at their existing facilities.
Ginny’s President Michael Martin told the paper he didn’t anticipate any major changes to Lithoprint’s operations, and that there wouldn’t be any job losses. There are 190 employees at Ginny’s and another 35 at Lithoprint.
