LOUISVILLE, KY—October 27, 2009—Gateway Press, Inc. a Louisville, Kentucky commercial printer, founded in 1950, has recently elected new officers. All of these officers have had long careers at Gateway.
Nick Burrice has retired as president but will replace Kit Georgehead as the new chairman of the board.
Glen Georgehead, age 40, becomes Gateway’s fifth president and CEO. Darrell Embry is promoted to executive vice president, and chief operating officer. Also, Paul Elliott and Dennis McGee have been promoted to company vice president.
Gateway employs approximately 180 people. The company has complete prepress capabilities, sheetfed and web presses, plus extensive bindery, mailing and fulfillment departments.
