DENVER—Frederic Printing, a Consolidated Graphics company, has installed an HP Inkjet Web Press, the second press of its kind installed worldwide. The press’ 400 fpm speed and 30˝ size enable the firm to produce full-color maps, personalized direct mail and other commercial print products that require high throughput rates. The press provides Consolidated Graphics with quick turnaround and low-waste capabilities in mainstream book manufacturing.
