Flint Group Raises Price on Publication Inks
July 2006
ANN ARBOR, MI—Flint Group North America Publication Division announced price increases for all publication inks, effective July 15. The increases range from 8 percent to 12 percent, depending on product type, and reflect the rising costs of raw materials, energy and freight costs.
The company noted that, since last October, it has received more than 80 raw material price increases from its global base of about 30 key suppliers. Flint Group representatives will be contacting all customers in the coming weeks to discuss the price increases in detail.
