Fiserv Swings Deal for Jerome Group

BROOKFIELD, WI—Fiserv Inc. has acquired The Jerome Group of St. Louis, a $44 million a year digital printer that serves industries including financial services, health care, telecommunications and retail.
Jerome Group will become part of the Personix division of Fiserv Output Solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
All 300 Jerome Group employees will join Fiserv. Ken Brown, a 26-year veteran of Jerome Group, will remain as executive vice president and lead the new division.
