Fetter Printing Abandoning General Commercial Work
December 2006
LOUISVILLE, KY—Fetter Printing, a 118-year-old general commercial operation, announced it has decided to abandon its traditional line of business in order to focus on areas where company officials believe it can become a market leader.
Fetter will channel its energies into two primary areas: producing labels and creating information management and logistics solutions for the paint and coatings industry; and the creation and distribution of customized sales materials for the health insurance industry. Fetter claims to be the No. 2 national supplier for the paint and coatings industry with 15 percent of total U.S. market share.
