Deluxe Corp. Obtaining Web Services Provider

ST. PAUL, MN—Deluxe Corp. has come to terms on a deal to acquire Hostopia.com, a Web services provider for small- and medium-sized businesses, for about $121.7 million in cash. Deluxe feels the addition of Hostopia will help attract new customers and provide additional services. The deal is expected to close in the third quarter.
