DataSource Acquires Southern Business Forms, Opens Texas Office
KANSAS CITY, MO—Dec. 15, 2011—DataSource Inc., one of America’s leading print supply chain management companies, has signed an agreement with Southern Business Forms of Atlanta as part of a strategic marketing plan to expand its automotive client base. The latter will operate under the name DataSource effective immediately.
The Georgia-based company’s capabilities include quality printing services and cost-effective business solutions for its automotive clients, as well as an extensive line of custom printed business forms, business agreement forms and legal forms.
David Holland, president of DataSource, noted that the Small Business Forms acquisition brings solid experience and in-depth knowledge of the automotive industry. “We are very excited to announce this new deal. It will expand our market presence, strengthen our top-notch customer service capabilities while staying in line with our long-term growth strategies,” said Holland.
In addition to the automotive marketplace, DataSource also provides document design and distribution services to national restaurant chains, commercial banking and well-known brands such as Ferrellgas, Americo and Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
In a related move, the company unveiled a strategic business plan to expand its national presence within the automotive industry with a new regional office in San Antonio.
DataSource’s newest office will focus its business offerings on the automotive industry and will provide clients with complete supply chain management of printed goods; design and creative services as well as integrating Web-based fulfillment and distribution.
“We look forward to expanding the Texas market and bringing new solutions to the San Antonio automotive marketplace,” said Holland.
