Sandy Kampen of Suttle-Straus commented about the 2011 event, “I walked away with many great ideas on how we can continue to improve our business and operations.”
Three tracks are available to attendees: Leadership and Culture, Process and Tools-Advanced, and Process and Tools-Fundamental.
“Whether executives are seeking a new approach to involve employees or managers looking for ways to cut out wasted time and materials, attendees will have new insight into how to gain competitive advantage,” said Jim Workman, assistant vice president of the Center for Technology and Research at Printing Industries of America.
