Consolidated Graphics Acquires Certain Assets of The EGT Group

DETROIT—May 11, 2011—Consolidated Graphics, through the new EGT Printing Solutions, a Consolidated Graphics company, has acquired certain assets of The EGT Group, headquartered in Detroit. The EGT Group was founded in 1970 and grew to become one of the largest commercial printers in Michigan, offering commercial and digital printing, data management, mailing and fulfillment services.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
