Complemar, Rochester, NY, Signs LOI to Buy Assets of Commercial Printing & Imaging in Buffalo, NY

ROCHESTER, NY—November 6, 2014—Complemar has signed a letter of intent to acquire the assets of Buffalo print services company CP&I. This is part of an ongoing strategy by Complemar to accelerate growth through acquisition. Complemar will move the majority of its print production from its location on Military Road to CP&I’s Genesee Street location in Buffalo, NY, doubling Complemar Print’s production space.
