To aid victims of the devastating earthquake in Haiti, both the Canon Group and Xerox made significant donations toward relief and recovery efforts. Canon pledged approximately $220,000 (20 million yen) in donations to Red Cross organizations. Xerox pledged $300,000 to the American Red Cross, Save the Children, Concern Worldwide and Doctors Without Borders.

To build a stronger North American presence and realize greater collaboration between businesses, Fujifilm has merged Fujifilm U.S.A. and Fujifilm Graphic Systems U.S.A. into one organization, Fujifilm North America. Fujifilm Canada will become a subsidiary of the new company on April 1, 2010. The new organization will bring together five of the company’s operating divisions.
Graphic Systems Services (GSS) has acquired the assets and intellectual property of the Didde Web Press business from Stolle Machinery. All of the assets of Didde will be relocated to GSS’ headquarters in Springboro, OH.
Willis Reese has been named global director of business development at INX Digital International. Reese now reports to Ken Kisner, president of INX Digital USA. Prior to joining INX, he served at Hexion Specialty Chemical as global business director for UV curable inks and coatings.
