Proforma has announced six new member companies: Rick Goetzinger, Proforma Smart Marketing, Wetaskiwin, AB; John Cantrick, Proforma Direct, Great Falls, VA; Melissa Metcalf, Proforma Kismet, Syracuse, NY; Terry Baum, Baum's Branding Powered by Proforma, Clever, MO; Andy Birnbaum, CharlieCo Powered by Proforma, West Milford, NJ; and Michael Bunker, Proforma The SWAG Team, Toronto. In other company news, Proforma has completed a three-year, $5 million investment in developing an enterprise solutions technology platform that is designed to significantly increase Proforma franchise owners' North American and global enterprise client base.

Harry Stephens, president, CEO and founder of DATAMATX in Atlanta, has received a USPS lifetime achievement award for his commitment and success in serving the Greater Atlanta Postal Customer Council, his continued and proactive involvement in postal reform, and the key role he played in the "2nd ounce free" ruling for business mailers from the USPS earlier this year.

At McClung Cos. in Waynesboro, VA, Woody Huffman was honored at a luncheon for his 65 years of service. Huffman's career at McClung ranged from pressman to plant manager to delivery person, a part-time position he still holds today. In honor of Huffman's service to the company, the pressroom has been named the M.E. Huffman Building.

Three appointments have been announced at Mimeo in New York. Andy Gordon has been hired as the new director of product marketing; Sean Doherty now leads Mimeo's international e-commerce efforts; and Nancy Raileanu has been named product marketing manager.

At Commerce City, CO-based Think Big Solutions, Debbie Sammons has been hired as a prepress specialist, and is also responsible for assisting in process control, process improvement and color management.

David Vining has been named new vice president of digital media at NewPoint Media Group in Lawrenceville, GA.

Graphic Dimensions, a trade manufacturer of business documents headquartered in Austell, GA, has hired Jerry Brook as its national prepress manager. Prior to joining the company, Brook served as digital asset coordinator at Cenveo Inc. and Printegra. PI
