Command Financial Acquires Rosenbaum & Co.

NEW YORK—Command Financial Press has acquired another Big Apple financial printer, R.S. Rosenbaum & Co., which will operate as a division of Command Financial Press.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed. About 60 Rosenbaum employees will join Command at its Varick Street facility. The transition is expected to be completed by year’s end.
Founded in 1965, Command Financial Press has four printing facilities in New Jersey in addition to its New York headquarters, and another in Missouri. It provides web, sheetfed and digital printing.
